25U- Signal support systems specialists is the official title, primarily responsible for working with signal support systems and terminal devices. Also provide technical support and training for user-owned computers, networks, and GPS. Responsible for any electronic and communication need in any type of Army unit assigned.

Supervised the full development of an imaging and scanning department. Assessed the implementation of database infrastructure for classified information. Worked closely with IT developers. Focused on “Administering results that reflect the bigger picture” and “Always performed to exceed expectation”.

Key rolls include web-design, consulting, and redesign; graphic design for adds in various formats [ web, print, standalone ]. Build and maintain communication with our extended family of material suppliers and local installers. Implementation of the best systems in the business to provide the best product and service in town!

Provided administrative support to multiple companies simultaneously; performed customer service to civilian and military personnel in matters of HR/ Finance/Training. Implemented software and technologies to accurately manage personnel service records SIDPERS3/ RLAS (MS SQL Server). Additional duties included coordinating  training, and maintaining foreign licenses and certification for host locations.

Certification for a signal support systems specialist requires 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 18 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, followed by on-the-job training at each Army units assigned, to accommodate to  all  IT needs. Certification areas include: Mechanical and Electrical Principles; Preventive Maintenance Procedures, Line Installation and Wiring Techniques; Communication Security Policies and Procedures.
